THE SEED

Our Choices

If you had a choice, right now, to choose to be with Christ Jesus in heaven would you choose to do so? Being human and having the power of choice, can we choose to ask God to grant us a wish? You see, there are three realms, earth, heaven, and hell. We live on the earth in the now, and we believe, as Christians, that at some point Christ will return to the earth and judge us in the final days. Between now and judgement day, death will end our stay on earth and God will judge our fate when that happens.

Christ said: "And all things whatever you ask for in prayer, believing, you shall receive." What if, we asked God to stop this game that is being played out on earth, and grant us the one wish of living with him in heaven right now. What if, we choose to not allow Satan any more control over our lives and our future and made the decision to ask God to end this game. What if we, as human beings, with the power of choice, made a conscious decision to choose Christ Jesus, right now, over the day to day challenges and temptations that Satan offers.

Say, if in 2015, we were able to gather 9 billion, or 8 billion or 5 billion people, Jews, Catholics, Baptists, Protestants, Jahovah Witnessers, Lutherians, Episcapalians, Muslims, Buddists, Hindu’s, and every other worshiper, together to pray to God, asking him to bring us home. If we ask Jesus Christ to come, would he be with us??? If we asked him to bring us home to his kingdom in heaven, would we receive??? Do you want to stop playing this earthly game??? Our home is in heaven and not here on earth. Is that a challenge?? Can you see the vision???

Christ has said: "And I say to you, ask, and it shall be given to you; seek, and you shall find; knock and it shall be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives; and he who seeks finds; and to him who knocks it shall be opened." We can ask billions of people to take one moment in time to act as one, crying out to God, our heavenly Father, "Take us home." OH GOD, take us from the land of the Pharaohs!!! Take us from the hands of evil, bring us home to your kingdom!!! Can we ask strong enough?? Can we ask hard enough?? Can we ask loud enough??? Do you believe???

Christ said: "And in that day you shall ask me nothing. Amen, amen, I say to you, if you ask the Father anything in my name, he will give it to you. Hitherto you have not asked anything in my name. Ask, and you shall receive, that your joy may be full." Do we want to be filled with eternal joy?? Why have we not asked???

Can you imagine how we can make this happen?? Can you understand the power that God has given us in order that we may choose our own destiny, right now. We don’t have to wait until tomorrow, while Satan tricks and traps millions more souls into the fires of hell!!! The decision is ours. Can we choose?? Can we make this happen?? Can we start a holy movement around the world and set the date of our going home??? Or are our hearts hardened so much by this earthly realm that we can not conceive of the idea that God will grant our request???

Christ said: " I say to you further, that if two of you shall agree on earth about anything at all for which they ask, it shall be done for them by my Father in heaven. For where two or three are gathered together for my sake, there am I in the midst of them." Christ come into the mist of millions, of billions and grant our wish!!!

The Beginning

How it starts.

How does it begin?? How do we make this happen?? It begins with you believing in God’s words as given to us through Jesus Christ. If God’s word is the truth and not a lie then we can ask for our salvation. "And I say to you, ask, and it shall be given to you; seek, and you shall find; knock and it shall be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives; and he who seeks finds; and to him who knocks it shall be opened."

Most religious teaching today, teaches us to ask for a job, a car, money, health and well being, spiritual increase, and other things that will help with our stay here on earth. The earth is the battle ground and not our home. I have not heard or seen any teachings that tell us to ask for God to deliver us to his kingdom, right now.

So it begins with you, believing that God will answer our prayer, if we ask. There can be no disbelief. There can be no doubt. You have to know with certainty that our prayer will be answered. Once this happens you begin to see how this will happen. You believe and you pass the vision on, to another, then another, and they pass it on to someone else and suddenly we have hundreds or thousands of people believing the vision.

God in his infinite wisdom has given us a unique gift that will allow the message to spread like wildfire, the internet. Today we have the capability to talk with people all around the globe via the internet. There are Christians in all parts of the globe, in every nation and nationality. All we have to do is believe and spread that belief. From this belief comes the growth in the seed that was planted, and shape takes form. The seed grows, branches push forth, leaves begin to form, and from those leaves flowers burst forth, and the fruit of our efforts comes out of the belief that we have, which was given to us by Christ Jesus.

This is my challenge and everyday I endeavor to sow the seed. Everyday I work to strengthen my vision of billions of people, of souls, asking God for our deliverance. I see that day when Christ comes into our mist from our prayers and takes us home. I am filled with the joy and happiness of that blessed day. It is work because the devil does not want this to happen. It would end his reign and he could not collect any more souls. For he wants us to live long. He wants us to believe that we have no choice so that everyday he can bring on death and destruction to mankind. But the decision is ours to ask, if we only beleive!!

Will you allow your seed to grow or will it fall on barren ground??? Now that you have come to this site and read of this seed, will you give it the chance to grow or will you discard it as worthless??? Will you allow your seed to spring forth among rocks or to be choked by weeds that would take the life from your growth?? You have heard, do you believe?? You have received, do you grow?? If you grow, do you prosper and grow branches?? If you branch, will you produce fruit?? The choice and the decision is yours.

Take the poll!

Come, bind your spirit with mine so that we may work together to grow the seed. If you believe, leave a message so that we may communicate and the spirit of oneness and love may grow within us!!!

Make it happen!!!

  2. jsolo,

I can’t agree with your theories that we have a choice in the matter and can
all get together and pray hard and God will bring an end to this world and
take us to Heaven to be with him.

I know you have quoted scripture, but you are not applying them accurately.

God is Sovereign and he is the one calling the shots. He has a plan and he
is working it out. He is the One in control.

God is not some kind of genie that we can get to grant our wishes. No. He is
God, the creator of the whole universe. He created us. Who are we to tell
    him what to do.

God is Sovereign and I would ask that you go and read my article

    http://faithbiblechurchofwarren.wordpress.com/2008/09/10/god-is-sovereign/

You will see that we do not have a choice over many things in this life.
But, we are to put our trust in God and allow him to be Lord over all.

  3. Thank you for your email, responding to my blog. Thank you for the love that you have given me with the time and effort of your response. I prey that I may show you the same love in my response.

I do not submit to God, I love God. Submission to me means bowing to the will of my superior only because they have defeated me. I still can rebel when I find the opportunity to do so. God is love and I am in love with him. I am filled with his love and I tremble with expressing it, even as I write this response. For me God is truth. His words are a rock, unchanging, undeniable, not false, without mistake, without fault, solid, constant. So I base my belief in His words. I base my faith and my actions in His truth. He has said: "And all things whatever you ask for in prayer, believing, you shall receive."

Earth is the battle ground and we are in a war with Satan on a daily basis. We have the choice to decide whether we want to follow God's commandments and live by his rule or to follow the world's way of living and live by the rule of Satan. God is not a genie that we can rub and get our wish answered. But he has said that if we ask, believing, we shall receive. His words are truth so I have to believe them.

What I am saying, Bonnie, is, what would happen if we asked as many people on this earth to come together on one day to ask God to deliver us? What would happen if billions of people came together on one day and asked Jesus to come into our mist and deliver us to our heavenly father? Who knows what would happen! Only God has the ultimate decision. Does that stop us from asking?? Does that stop us from making the decision that we want to live with God in heaven and not in this earthly plane?? I believe that if billions of believers of all different faith, beliefs, religions, got together and decided to have this one day, one hour of prayer; it would be one day, one hour of world unity, of oneness, and of peace. What happens from that is God's decision. But the decision to ASK is ours!!!

    Thank you Bonnie.

God's words are truth. They are not lies. He has told us to ask and we shall receive. We live through the trials and tribulations of life to endure the test of faith. Do we believe in God and do we follow his commandments. If we do, then when we die, the termination of life brings us to our heavenly father.

Jesus told the disciples to spread the gospel throughout the world. So by working together to communicate with all peoples of the world to establish a day, an hour of prayer asking for one gift from God could be our way of spreading the gospel and bringing peace for one day for one hour.

God has the ultimate decision to grant our request. But does that mean that we should not ask?? Does that mean that if we ask that we will not receive?? God's words are truth and not lies. Are you afraid to ask?? Do you beleive God's words?? Are God's words truths to you??

  6. Heaven is not spoken of as the goal of salvation or the reward for righteous living in either the Old Testament or the New Testament. The concept of going to Heaven when we die is one of the most deeply ingrained of the traditions of Christianity. As far as we know, the phrase "going to Heaven" does not appear even one time in the New Testament. The Apostles of Christ preached the return of Christ in His Kingdom, not our going to Heaven.

We may have assumed that the early Apostles preached or implied that the righteous are going to make Heaven their eternal home, but they did not do so. Such is our tradition and it needs to be examined, because the wrong goal leads to the wrong approach to the process of redemption.

Mt. 6:10 Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.

  7. The earth is our home. Although I am an alien here alongside this worldly government and order, I was created from the earth in order to execute the LORD's rule upon it. There is a VAST difference between the biblcial references of "earth" and the "world".

Genesis 1:26 "And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth."

Psalm 115:16 “The heavens are the heavens of the LORD, but the earth He has given to the sons of men.”

What if I want to express my disbelief. Sorry for various reasons, was never much of a believer but I don't have a problem with you or anyone else having theirs.

BTW you should read the blog entries to understand that maybe you're in the wrong group or something

Thank you for your comment. The seed falls where it lies. If it germinates and takes root then that is how it is. If it falls in unfurtile soil and dies then that is how it is also. The choice is yours and others. I have a belief that God has given us the right to choose and I believe that he has told us to ask and we shall receive, seek and we shall find, knock and it shall be opened to us. I beleive that the words of God are truth. They do not lie. So I base my belief on those words. The devil wants your body and your soul. I want neither. The choice is yours.

You therefore believe in the concept of free will. Not in predestination. I wonder how do you square that belief say people who have Neurological disease like say Autism or Apsbergers or Downs.

I have a very relgious co-worker who believes that God is in everything. We both share a passion for bike riding we both commute to work.

There are times we can't ride, weather mostly. He will then say that "The Good Lord did not want me to ride today". So if God is everywhere why would he allow people to reject him.

Why would he allow suffering on at times a massive scale.

OH, the depth of the riches of the wisdom and of the knowledge of God!!! How incomprehensible are his judgements and how unsearchable his ways!!! For "Who has known the mind of the Lord, or who has been his counselor? Or who has first given to him, that recompense should be made him?" For from him and through him and unto him are all things. To him be the glory forever, amen.

The Almighty!! We cannot discover him,
    pre-eminent in power and judgement;
his great justice owes no one an accounting.

    Therefore men revere him,
though none can see him, however wise their hearts.

    The Lord said to Job:
Will we have arguing with the Almighty by the critic?
Let him who would correct God give answer!

Thomas, I am not just quoting you verses from the Bible. I am giving you things that inspire me from the readings that I have made. These passages fill me with insight and understanding, knowledge that I have never had before. I am not a teacher or a preacher, only a sinner, and I have found something that fills my soul with joy and happiness. I found in Job:Chapter 38, this phrase and I meditate on it daily to give me vision of who God is: "Have you entered the storehouse of the snow, and seen the treasure of the hail?"

How do you as a Christian reconcile Gods omnipotence with the suffering that Humanity has endured both on an individually and say as a species.

We are told that God so loved the World he sent his only son to die on our behalf. Yet if God was both omnipotent and loving why would he allow his creation to suffer.

So assuming that God does exist he is either not omnipotent or he is not loving.

I don't see how you can have it both ways.

  14. Love is a wonderful thing. God is love and he loves all of us no matter what or who we are. His mercy extends to all and is forever. I would not be here if it were not for his mercy and grace. For I have done unspeakable things to others and to myself.

In my last hour of hope I reached out to Him and asked for help and He gave it to me without question. I knew that I was out of control and needed help. I cried because of the damage and destruction that I had done to my body and the harm I had inflicted upon those who loved me. He knew though, that deep down inside of me that I had a good heart and He extended me His arm and raised me from the dead.

I found treatment and the 12 steps and fought everyday against the call of my addiction. I wanted to stop, I had to stop, because I did not want to go back to where I came from. I lived for crack everyday. So 23 years later I still admit that I am an addict. I can relapse at any time and go back into drugs and addiction.

The devil had me in his grasp and pulled at me everyday. He wanted my soul and tempted me to do things that would send me to hell. Today I still realize that the devil is still out there and he still tempts me but today I have a defense. Today I have the Living Word as my defense and He provides for my every need. He teaches me how to live each day and how to protect myself against the forces that would devour my soul.

Lust was strong within me. It guided my every thought and action, whether in the public or on the internet. So I swam in porn and lived carelessly and intimately with prostitutes on a daily basis. Today, I have the Living Word to protect me, to fight off the grasp of Lust.

Sugarlips, I hear your pain and your love for someone whom you know deep in your heart is good. Extend to him a rope of hope. Let him know that he can overcome. Let him know that there is hope and end to addiction if he wants it. Know this, he has to reach bottom before he will be ready to quit. He has too hit bottom as though he hit pavement from falling from a 10 story building. He has to know that his life is out of control and he is not in control. He has to know that he can not defeat this on his own. He has to know that he needs help.

NA, Narcotics Anonymous, was my start on the road to recovery. I had to enroll in a treatment program for 90 days and then 90 more days in a halfway house. This was only the beginning, an opportunity to have a foundation away from the environment of drugs and alcohol. From there it was the daily struggle of addiction and 12 step program. And now the Living Word is in my life.

Pray for him. Let him go, completely, but be ready to help him when he reaches bottom. The consequences of addiction are jails, institutions, and death. Pray that he is able to see the consequences of his actions and ask for help before it is too late. Pray that you are strong enough to let him go. And pray that you can turn him over to God and put him in His hands. I will pray for him and pray for you.

For so long I did not know about the Bible. One day I was praying and the spirit told me to read the Bible. I have found within its pages new life, and new hope, overwhelming joy, and undisturbed peace, and love. I pray that you too may know the Living Word and find your understanding within its pages.

Thank you Thomas for loving me enough to allow me to speak.

Not sure is in response to a particular question or concern but to follow-up with the e-mail that pertains to faith, however after reading these comments and testimonials I have read are very interesting and it just goes to show that uniquness and one's will is precedent to any form of philosophy, outside one's own, is value based upon his/her level of faith. The relationship measurement between our creator and the creature is determined by that faith that God does exist. Thank you for allowing me to share. Rev. Gwen Pride

  17. I have had an opportunity to read the "Seed" and based upon my limited knowledge why God does what God does is not always understood. I do agree with Joel Spencer in part that God gave mankind a place to rule. It appears to me if God gave us something, and we gave it away, then it is up to us to regain it.

We are people that love to place blame on something or some entity for our inabilities to live under the will and blessings of God. We take on and embrace sinful personalities, which is not limited to greed, lust, envy and all sorts of perdictions. Yet, we strive to be like Him when in fact He made us in His image which lets me know that He has given us the power to live Holy anywhere if we choose to do so. David said, if I ascend in the heavens, God is there and if I abode in hell, God is also there. According to the Bible, Adam and Eve were given the entire realms and borders of earth to live with all creation as the caretaker and ruler but because of the seven deadly sins we wanted more, good and evil.

If someone came to your place of residency and told you that they were moving in and you had to leave, would you?

Initially this was heaven, "The Garden of Eden", now because of man and woman this is not the greatest place in God’s universe but it is His gift to mankind and just because we do not have enough back bone to take our house back we want to move in with God? God dwells with His people and it is up to us to recapture what was lost before we can consider moving in with the most just and humble high God.

True, this is only my interpretation of this concept but as long as God allows me to live in this house or world, I will be a good steward and take on the wiles of the evil one to take back what is mine. Loving submitted, Gwen Pride
